Emily and John Mason
We are proud to be an independent business, owned by a husband and wife team. Emily is the Cider Maker, fermenting and producing new varieties as her creative juices inspire her.
John manages the Tasting Room and develops sales and distribution relationships with restaurants, markets and breweries throughout Southern Idaho.

LOCAL FRUIT
Our nano-cidery produces about 4,000 gallons per year, using locally-sourced fruit and ingredients. Our Sour Empress is made with the plums from trees that remain from the original 200 acre
homestead our cidery is built on. Our small orchard contains only
cider apple varieties, producing the fruit to create some of our specialty ciders.

Cedar Draw Cider offers uniquely distinctive varieties of hard ciders, customized as the fruit harvests rotate throughout the year. We constantly produce creative new varieties and
well-balanced combinations that beer drinkers and wine lovers alike say are the “best cider I have ever had”.
